DerbyEats Founding Partner Offer — Terms

• Eligibility. Offer available to new restaurant partners that sign up by December 31, 2025 and are located within DerbyEats’ current service area.

• Promo period. 0% commission for the first 3 months (90 days) starting from the date your restaurant goes live on DerbyEats.

• What’s waived. During the promo period, DerbyEats’ standard commissions are waived on all orders placed through the DerbyEats customer website/app:

  • Delivery orders: normally 15% of food subtotal

  • Pickup orders: normally 5% of food subtotal

  • Self-delivery restaurants (you handle delivery or use your own courier account): normally 12% of food subtotal

• What still applies. Payment processing fees (e.g., card fees), third-party courier fees, refunds/chargebacks, taxes, and any optional add-on services are not waived. Tips are passed through to drivers.

• After the promo. Beginning on day 91 (or the next billing cycle), the standard commissions listed above apply. We’ll notify you before the switch.

• Onboarding. You agree to provide menu, pricing, hours, and fulfillment details so we can complete setup and a successful test order before go-live.

• Payouts. Payouts are made via Stripe Express to your connected account.

• Non-transferable. The offer can’t be transferred, sold, or combined with other promotions unless expressly stated in writing.

• Fair use. DerbyEats may suspend or revoke the offer in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of food-safety or marketplace policies.

• Updates. Terms may be updated for future participants, but not during your active 3-month promo.
